The Word of the Year: Thanksgiving
We entered 2025 with a specific instruction from the Lord. While we initially approached the year with our own expectations, God gave us a simple, yet profound word: Thanksgiving. He asked us not just to bring Him our requests, but to offer Him our thanks. Looking back now, we realize why that word was so vital. God has been our source, our protector, and our sustainer through a year that felt like seven years lived in one.
The Joy of Serving Together
One of our greatest highlights has been the answer to a long-awaited prayer: serving together in one community. For years, since 2019, we navigated different seasons and locations, but our hearts’ desire was to serve side by side.
God exceeded our expectations. Today, we aren’t just attending church together; we are training together, believing in the same vision, and our daily conversations revolve around the things of God. To be in the center of His will, led by shepherds who love God and held by a community that loves us, is a gift we do not take for granted.
Divine Protection & Spiritual Growth
This year brought increased capacity spiritually, emotionally, mentally, and physically. We stand here today as trophies of God’s grace. We survived three accidents that could have claimed our lives; one in particular was severe, yet we emerged untouched and unscattered because God kept us.
Beyond physical safety, we have witnessed a divine transformation. We have grown from merely following a vision to running with it. We are especially grateful for the grace upon my wife, Lady T, as she stepped into her calling as a Pastor this year. We are here to return all the honor and adoration to Him, saying “Yes” to everything He is doing in and through us as part of His global army.
Refined by the Fire
The year 2025 was not without its challenges. We walked through seasons of deep loss and trials both those that were God-ordained for our growth and those that were simply part of life’s battles. However, we chose to view these moments as a refining fire. Like gold, we have been processed and purified.
We remembered the word given at the start of the year: Thanksgiving and Outreach. Even when things were difficult, we leaned into the assignments of Kavod Relief and The Development Conversation (TDC) Global. The Impact and Kingdom Assignment
God has given us has truly blown our minds through our kingdom assignments. Through Kavod Relief and TDC Global, we saw God move in miraculous ways. Ending the year with two major events in December, we saw God take complete control. We are humbled that He has counted us worthy to steward these visions and to hear His heartbeat for this generation.
A Heartfelt Appreciation
We would not be standing here without our community. To everyone who prayed for us, encouraged us, and checked on us during the highs and the lows: Thank you. You made this journey possible.
As we close the chapter on 2025, we are not just grateful for what God did; we are excited for the grace to continue stewarding His vision. We say goodbye to 2025 with hearts full of praise and we step into 2026 with an expectant “Yes.”
